Order Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping

  • All orders are handmade and processed promptly after purchase.
  • You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 72 hours are eligible for an 80% refund; the remaining 20% is non-refundable to cover material and labor costs.

Returns After Receiving the Order

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following conditions:

If there is a problem with the order (e.g., design error, item damaged during transit):

  • We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement once we verify the issue.

If the order is correct but you want to return for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind):

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

  • Custom or modified items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • This includes any product altered from the standard style as per your request.
  • Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a product issue or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, you are responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary depending on your chosen courier.
